We assist you in identifying the right supplier in China, collecting quotes, and offering tailored manufacturing solutions, completely free of charge.
Once you’re happy with the pricing and sample, you can confirm your order, and we’ll manage the full production process, quality checks, and door-to-door delivery.
SurmountSourcing guarantees product quality, and in the rare event of any defects, we provide free replacements or compensation.
Service Fee: $0. All costs are included in the unit price of the product.
Manage My Suppliers
If you prefer working with your own suppliers in China, we’re happy to coordinate directly with them to ensure your products meet all specifications.
After your suppliers deliver the goods to our warehouse, we’ll perform quality checks and organize door-to-door shipping for you.
Service Fee: 6% of the product value, with a minimum fee of $100.

Frequently asked questions
What’s the main difference between Find New Suppliers Plan and Manage My Suppliers Plan?
With Find New Suppliers, you purchase directly from SurmountSourcing’s supplier network, and SurmountSourcing guarantees product quality and compensates you in case of any quality issues.
With Find New Suppliers Plan, you use your own supplier resources, and SurmountSourcing negotiates with your supplier to resolve any quality issues, but the final loss is borne by you or your supplier.
Can I use both Find & Manage Supplier services at the same time?
Yes, you can. If you have multiple products to source, you can create a Manage My Suppliers order for those you purchase from your own suppliers, and a Find New Suppliers order for the ones you source through SurmountSourcing.
How is the service fee calculated for low-value mixed orders?
For the Manage My Suppliers Plan, the minimum service fee is $100.
For both the Find New Suppliers Plan and Manage My Suppliers Plan, when ordering multiple products, each should have a minimum purchase value of $500. However, we calculate this as an average across all items.
- If the total order value divided by the number of products meets or exceeds $500 (e.g., $2,000 for four products), no additional handling fee applies.
- If the total falls short and includes too many low-value items, a $25 handling fee per product will be charged for those below the minimum.
Will you share the supplier information from the Find New Supplier Plan?
We can’t disclose the supplier details under most circumstances. However, we are more than willing to assist our clients to conduct on-site factory inspections.
How do you conduct quality inspections?
By default, we provide free normal quality inspections (Level II with an AQL of 2.5 standard), regardless of whether the cargo has been reworked by factories due to previous quality issues.
We can also offer inspections at a higher ratio or on a one-by-one basis, but this service is charged separately and quoted accordingly.
How do you charge for Warehousing & Labor?
We offer free warehousing when you choose either the Find New Suppliers or Manage My Suppliers plan, both include warehousing costs. If you’d like to use our warehouse for other business purposes, it’s available at a rate of $10 per CBM per month.
Our team is also available for various labor tasks such as packing, bundling, repairs, and applying FNSKU stickers. Labor is charged at $5 per hour, and FNSKU stickers start at $0.03 each.
