What’s the main difference between Find New Suppliers Plan and Manage My Suppliers Plan?
Find New: you buy from our supplier network — we guarantee quality and compensate for defects.
Manage My: you keep your suppliers — we coordinate and negotiate, but the final loss stays with you or your supplier.
Can I use both Find & Manage Supplier services at the same time?
Yes — mix both plans in one order: your suppliers for some products, ours for the rest.
How is the service fee calculated for low-value mixed orders?
Manage My Suppliers has a $100 minimum fee. For mixed orders we look at the average per product:
- Average at or above $500 (e.g. $2,000 across four products) — no extra fee.
- Below it, low-value items carry a $25 handling fee each.
Will you share the supplier information from the Find New Supplier Plan?
Not under most circumstances — but we regularly arrange on-site factory inspections with our clients.
How do you conduct quality inspections?
Free Level II inspection at AQL 2.5 on every order. Higher ratios or 1-by-1 checks are quoted separately.
How do you charge for Warehousing & Labor?
Storage is included with both plans. Standalone warehousing is $10 per CBM per month.
Labor — packing, bundling, repairs, FNSKU — runs $5 per hour; stickers from $0.03 each.
Is there a minimum order value to start working with you?
No minimum to start. Only mixed orders with many low-value items may trigger the handling fee above.
What deposit and payment terms do you work with?
Confirmed in writing with your quotation, before any work starts.
