How much does storage cost?
Included with both sourcing plans. Standalone is $10 per CBM per month; dropshipping clients get the first month free.
What is included in the labor rate?
$5 per hour covers unloading, sorting, packing, bundling and simple repairs. FNSKU stickers from $0.03 each.
How do you inspect goods at the warehouse?
Level II at AQL 2.5 by default, 1-by-1 at the labor rate, and on-site factory inspections when needed.
Can you combine goods from different suppliers?
Yes — that is the point of the hub: unlimited suppliers, one address, one consolidated shipment.
What happens when inspection finds defects?
Photos the same day, and the factory reworks or replaces under warranty. Suppliers we select add free replacement or compensation when defects are confirmed.
