Find New Suppliers Plan Quality Guarantee
When you choose our Pro Plan and work with our selected suppliers, we guarantee the quality of your products. If we discover any defects during inspection at our warehouse, we’ll replace those items at no cost to you.
If you find defects within 15 days after receiving your order and provide proof, we will send replacements or offer compensation.
How we inspect your products
Main Inspection
Whether you choose our Find New Suppliers or Manage My Suppliers plan, all your goods receive a free general inspection at our warehouse following Level II, AQL 2.5 standards, the same used by top inspection companies.
For defective items from our selected suppliers, we manage quality issues at no extra charge. If you use your own suppliers, we’re happy to assist with problem resolution, though logistics and travel fees may apply.
For tailored inspection services or stricter quality requirements, please contact our agent to discuss any additional fees.
Individual inspection
For a guaranteed 0% defect rate, we recommend our full inspection service, where every defective item is identified and removed. Our standard rate is $5 per hour. Please contact our agent to discuss your specific needs and get a tailored quote.
