What is the difference between the two sourcing plans?
Find New Suppliers uses our network and includes the service fee in the product unit price. Manage My Suppliers keeps your existing suppliers and charges 6% of product value, with a $100 minimum.
How do you inspect products?
General warehouse inspection follows Level II, AQL 2.5, with a 15-day claim window after receipt for qualifying defects. Stricter sampling can be quoted separately.
How are warehousing and labor charged?
Warehousing is included with both sourcing plans; standalone storage is $10 per CBM per month and labor such as packing is $5 per hour.
How long does shipping take?
Typical ranges are 3–5 days by courier, 2–5 days by air and 15–40 days by sea. Actual timing depends on route, customs, cargo and delivery terms.
